Currently, Pallavi teaches a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate courses at AU.

She co-authored the ninth edition of Public Relations Case Studies, and her articles and commentary have appeared in The Washington Post, USA Today and PR Week. Prior to teaching full time, Pallavi was a Vice President at Fleishman-Hillard in Washington, DC, Vice President/Account Supervisor at Ketchum in New York and Associate Director of International Public Relations at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in Philadelphia.
