Sophia A. Nelson, Esq., entrepreneur, journalist, conservative political commentator, national columnist and acclaimed author, is “redefining” the rules for 21^st century living. Her award-winning book, Black Woman Redefined, examines the inner lives and unique challenges of college educated, accomplished black women in the age of the nation’s first African-American First Lady Michelle Obama. She has been featured on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC as well as in USA Today, Essence, and many others.

Sophia currently serves as a political commentator for MSNBC and writes for NBC's The Grio and other major publications.
